Because of Jesus’ call to make disciples of all nations, missions have always been an important part of the Gainesville Christian Church. Our geographic focus for our missionary work has been South America. Our church not only supports South American churches financially, but we also provide support through missionary trips, training and teaching. We have joined together with eight other churches throughout the state of Florida to form the Florida Missions Council in order to provide for the South American churches.
